Fair winds

Bambi is moved to her summer home without event! Even if signs indicate other wise the trip was uneventful and all is well. Maybe I'm just becoming a seasoned trailer puller. This was a quick trip since I do not have much time off of work we were only gone three days, they went by quickly. Night one was spent in Alabama Hills a favorite of mine, I love the rocks. It is still very early spring in the high elevations, 7000 feet-there is little green growth and it is cold at night. The second day as we drove closer to Mammoth mountain ski resort we were able to pull off the road and go cross country skiing. Again, although the sun was shinning it never got very warm and the next morning when we awoke Penny's water dish was frozen solid! It will feel good to be in a warm house tonight and take an extra long hot shower.
