Sunday 3pm

Today was my weekly trek to the local farmers market. The sellers recognize me now, placing their produce in the best light for photos. Today the flower seller was especially happy with her Gerbera Daisys for good reason. I"m trying my best to have a positive attitude and not be over come with sadness. Filling my mind with gratitude is a good place to be. I can be thankful for so much. Even when life seems unfair and the questions have no answers-if I am thankful for what I have and what I have experienced than things are less painful. This has been a good week-end full of love and quiet. Thank you all for your wonderful words of support, it helps so much.

  1. embrace the simple pleasures of life, and that is just what you are doing with the flowers...

don't you find that they make you smile and think happy thoughts....

take care....get plenty of rest...drink refreshing cool clear water...and do something you like doing...

come visit me with a coffee in your hand and sit awhile.....

    ciao bella

  2. Well said! Sometimes it's easier said than done, isn't it? But it is a good practice to remind ourselves we have so much to be grateful for. Especially gorgeous creations such as those flowers! Great pics!

  8. The flowers are gorgeous! A couple of years ago I lost a 2 year old puppy to kidney disease. It was such a heartbreaking time but the thing I held on to was that I would not have traded those 2 years for anything. Just know that you have lots of love and blessings be sent your way.

  9. I love Gerbera Daisies... My mom used to have them in her garden...
