A new project is under way. I love working with the fabric, ribbons, and lace. I miss the large supplies that are at my sisters house. I've been busy with some ebay auctions trying to buy some old laces and am impatient for my purchases to come in the mail. Working with what I have sometimes is a challenge for me. Today I went to a little shop to look for items to add to my pieces, the store was decorated so cute and with permission from the clerk I was taking photos. I kept putting my camera into my bag, the owner not knowing what I was doing accused me of shop lifting! Well I was quite taken back and shaken up by this. The cute little store has become a bitter memory in my mind and a lesson learned in being very careful about taking photos. Also it is a lesson in teaching me to try a little harder to use what I have around the house in my projects.

  5. Dear Lorrie,
don't dwell on it, just let it go. The world is full of misunderstandings (and worse) but if you give those elements too much room, you will forget how much beauty there is also...
    Have a wonderful day!
