Yesterday I had the biggest surprise from Marsha at Tumblefish. Apparently she had been in contact with my sister and had gotten a photo from her. From that photo she made the most fabulous collage of my sister and myself and posted it on her blog. What a Shock! What a Honor! What a privilege! She is even going to give me the collage and as I write it is on its way in the mail. I can't wait to see it. Already I am preparing a special place for it in my house.I've already bought a piece of Marshas collage work and can tell you that it is beautifully done with much detail, thought and care in her design. I never realized when I started this blog that I would feel that I really connected with people. But I have and have come to count on some as friends. I'm realizing that there are real people behind these words and that we can become friends as we share in our daily lives both good and bad. A big thank you to Marsha for making my day, my week, and my life a lot happier knowing I've made a friend who I look forward to sharing more of my life and little adventures with.
